Great post and good luck with your research. Related to your older post. All you have to do is spend a bit of time in the developing world and see people with Polio to realise that vaccines for some of the big problems (e.g. polio) are almost non-negotiable. Totally preventable and some groups, like the International Rotary club, are doing good things to reduce polio all over the world. Preaching to the converted? Likely, but basically saying that I support your cause.
