Yeah, I agree that we should stick to the rule (not because I own a few EPCs). The decreased activities might have something to do with halving, but I think users need some time to adjust, psychologically, to the new rule, which is normal IMHO. I am sure if the adjustment period is over, it would be quite the same... and the halving system will work better (next time users will adjust faster and cherish the 50 EPC/STEEM period...)
