Sometimes paying deaf ears to other people's opinion and pleas may not just be the best option.

You may have been hurt, but then there should always be a room for letting go off the pains and giving a second chance.

It doesn't make you a fool or make you appear weak.

You could always be positive and give it an opportunity to see what comes out of it because you might also be the one to loose in the end.
