Life is full of ups and down and those who remain up are those who never gives up when life knocks them down. They rise again and again after each fall. To stay down is to accept defeat and to accept defeat is the ultimate end of a man.

Even to stay alive, we must breath up and down. This reminds us that life is between ups and downs but most importantly is to learn to rise again every time we fall.
