India expresses interest in cyber security

In the cyber war, West-West Institute's Vice President Bruce W. McCall said the cyber war is fair, I do not think so. There is a fight between global cyber security in the world. A country is holding and investigating important information about the defense of another country. But I do not think we have reached a state of cyber war.
McNell said that around 40 countries in the world have already had the ability to run cyber attacks. But the issue is that there is a possibility of misunderstanding among these countries regarding cyber security. These countries can respond completely without getting complete information. The purpose of this tripartite meeting is to strengthen relations between the countries, and create effective communication channels, to explain such misinterpretation.
During the meeting, the representatives of the three countries identified some issues related to cooperation. The delegation tried to find ways to gain universal confidence in the meeting.
