They are in order of the size upvote that we delivered to each account, which is driven by quantitative factors (how large was their subscribed upvote value at the time they posted).
The ordering is not intended to be qualitative... but if you find posts that you think deserve more upvotes, you can upvote them yourself if they are still pending payout, or else sponsor those accounts for more SBI and they will get either larger or more upvotes from our service.
