From the FAQ:
!sbi status can deliver you the amount of units you have.
The spreadsheet can also provide you with the ROI. The simple return for one unit after curation right now is 36.18% and you have 8 units.
Get a sponsor for sponsor deal and you can easily double the ROI. 😎 (Basically you discount one unit to 0.5 Steem instead of 1 Steem that way.)
