Sexism in selfdefense

I for one never bought into the idea that its somehow worse to hit women than men. Just dont hit people, but in a situation of selfdefense, well, for me it wouldnt be >1 but rather >0 - if i see you swinging at me, ill try my damnest to avoid that first hit. Its not like one hit CANT cause serious longterm damage so id rather avoid it. I would tend to flee rather than do that, but if that s not possible, ill either hit you or if possible get a weapon. Hopefully not to use it but to persuade you to drop it. If i have to, i have to - i doubt there are many people i could restrain, let alone take on in a fistfight, and that includes most woment as i have practicly no experience with fighting nor a healthy body...

Fun fact, in my yoseuth i think i wouldve said i agree with feminism... Not knowing what it actualy means - but when a teacher came with alleged current sexism, i mustve been 12 at the time and an allmost mute autist, i hit my table to talk about the draft...
Mainly people where suprised that i spoke up at all, which i think became the main focus. The response was that she would have to cook... No you dont. Not only is there no reason to expect that only one partner does it espacialy if that partner or both are working, but she was a teacher. And teachers are payed fine over here, she could afford to eat at a resturant every single day. But enough of that, im bringing you some interesting thoughts regarding selfdefense.
