We have discussed internally a pause feature that would reduce rank each day while paused in order to remain fair. Many members do not understand Shadow Rank goes up but it can also go down! Shadow Ranks were not increased outside of a few contests the past 3 months. Earning Shadow Rank going forward is not as simple as just being part of the system. You have to earn it.
