A Dark Side Within Oneself

Hello Everybody,
When i read some articles about a battle with a light and darkness within divine entity stories. Somehow i find it connection within ourselves when we do our daily routine. how we interpert our action from decision making, how we look into life, how we handle troubles in everyday life. It's undeniable there's some kind of good's and evil's exist and fight each other for eternity as long we are living in this world.

Brain in human can induce a logic and rational when we thinking to reply or do actions depending on each persons abilities to thinking, there's always minor halt a that made us stop to calculate what will be the result in the future or how this decision can made an impact for them or ourselves. Often the emotion also included in the process because it's easier to convey our feeling in our activity especially during social activity with peoples.

Although there's always a "mask" that people always use in social life, Crawl beneath their affable appearance lies a complex thinking how to maintain the exterior as a result to hide it's dark side . Most people always love to be presented as a good exterior behavior or simply put more our opposite of our dark side. It drain our energy in effort to keep it sustain for long enough just to avoid being judge negatively for our insecurity, which soon or later it can leak out into some emotional burst for prolonged suppressed feeling. Evil side is out and ready to show it's true behavior. whether it would be agresive, insecurity, inexplicable depression, trauma from childhood, melancholiness and so on.

* How the dark side can be synchronize into oneself? *

Naively speaking, how is it possible to banish all the bad things away from our life while human still exist in earth without some grand catastrophic event occur? i inspect a religion as always divine entity is as always absolute and true such as God is always right and Demon is always bad. In human life, as a social living things. there's no such things as a perfect individual without bad trait personality inside. maybe there's some people do could hide their bad habit through their own mask or confidence's trait from some persons and manage to keep it for public eyes. Every people have a different childhood experience and many things can occur in building the own personality. Can be tragedy, death of relatives, bullied or a similar experience molded into some evil trait that reside within ourself and often being repressed or being expressed in negative way.

In order to assess our self for a better understanding of our authenticity as a person. we must be able to identify our dark side, Explore it and find out how it work. care more less to other negative opinions, more over to embrace it as it's our true self.

Although there's many example of life that strife from dark side and recognize by the world, i notice Danny Trejo as a great example for me. Having a rough past time as numerous criminal and drug addict, but his willingness to change into a better person and helping others , He enable his past experience for a catalyst of change for his people around him by becoming drug counselor though he more known as a Hollywood star actor until present day.

Everything is inseparable entity between good and evil, it reside us all. Explore from within your own darkest impulses, even those that might seem bad and find a way to express them in your work or externalize them in some art, music, fashion, in a journal for instance. By doing do, dark side reform an authentic character in everything we made as it's a useful flow of inspiration rather than foes we always try to repressed.
