Pluses:

I love this resort is big has many choices for dining .. the service at the restaurants bars and pools was great ... the rooms are ok ... great value for the money

The "Welcome Party" that they held on Sunday was amazing! The food at the party exceeded my expectations. The show was very interesting and my wife and I enjoyed it a lot. The scenery was very elaborate and caught our attention as soon as we got to the party.

At Cofresi the All Inclusive experience is on Top. Pools, restaurant, everything was great. Transportatiokn at the property is good too. It was a good experience

Minuses:

There is never room to make reservation to the churrascaría and Dominican restaurants a la carta they were always full so ended up eating everyday ate the buffet .. they were good too !

Some of the staff was not as friendly as I expected them to be. They responded differently when I spoke in Spanish (some of them were rude), but, when I spoke in English, I got a better response from them. This is a typical reaction from staff at most resorts, but I find it very disrespectful, I speak English to all staff to make sure that I get the best service possible, but my wife only speaks Spanish and she's not that "lucky", so she has to deal with rude waitresses and other staff. This would be the only reason why I might not consider going back to that resort and a few others that I have been to.

The view from the room that i had. Thats what i paid for, next time ill choose another one.
