For everyone who is complaining about a FREE workout, think about this: this professional trainer took time out of her schedule to teach us this program. This ex-NFL athlete and current fireman took time from saving lives to demo the exercises. So how about we say THANK YOU to two awesome people? If the stretching is too long for you, just do each stretch once. There that's 9 minutes of stretching! Isn't that amazing?!! If the workout portion is too short for you, just do them again. There now that's a 16 min. workout! You see how easy that is? Maybe easier than just whining and being a keyboard warrior.
