Yes, there is a rewards pool, paid in their coin of NRVE. It's still new, I'm not even sure when the 1st payout will be. I think the higher your reputation (which comes from posting, commenting, followers, ect.) the higher your reward. It really looks to me like it may be a big hit by the end of the year.
