Shilajit, are you the real deal?

Have you heard of this strange black resin called Shilajit?

Up until a few years ago, I hadn't really heard much about it. I recall seeing it in a few places, but, like other things that aren't on the radar, I just walked by.

It wasn't until 2015 that I came to learn about what Shilajit is used for, and potentially capable of.

There have been many studies into the local uses of this mineral resin for things like:

Regarded as something of a panacea, Shilajit is loaded with Humic Acid and Fulvic Acid, along with Selenuim it is becoming easier to buy online. But, you've got to be mindful of the authenticity.

Check out the video here to see how you can test this yourself.

Real Shilajit will burn only while exposed to a flame, and not after it is taken away from the source of ignition. It also expands to a honeycomb-like ash bubble that disintegrates when you press on it lightly.
