Viral infection!
Hello everyone, sorry for not posting the past week but I was very sick. I had a viral infection which became a real bother and my body was weakened didn't want to do anything or any physical or mental work. I didn't want to do another antibiotic course as in the long term this becomes a nuisance with bacteria in the body getting used to the vaccine higher doses are required.

Another alternate was the juice from a papaya tree leaves, perks of being a son of a doctor the taste was awful but the results considerable. For those who don't know it is really beneficial when there is high fever and loss of hemoglobin involved. I drank it two times in the night and morning and my fever which was 104°F dropped to about a 100°F which is controllable. Well after a week long battle with the virus finally I'm back yo being active and will post quite often as I used to.
