Possible Silver Coin? Need Help identifying!

This is Killing me!! It Appears to be made of Silver but i cant be sure. All i know is my Grandparents went to Italy and Brought it back as a souvenir. My Grandpa was know to spend a nice amount on Souvenirs and it is Very small so it could be Silver.
After all my Research i think it may be called a Vatican Coin but im not 100% Sure because i cant find this exact coin anywhere.
It came From italy so maybe thats why but its not like the internet ever cared about Borders..If anybody can Help me identify this Coin it would be Greatly Appreciated. Honestly This has been driving me nuts for about over a month now lol Thanks Everyone!
