Sleeping Hours are the Happy Hours 💤💭

A good sleep of night will help a person to keep up his every effort to improve his daily work and mutual relations. Almost all studies show that an adult man needs an average of seven to nine hours of uninterrupted sleep every night. Although it may be an exception in the case of individuals. For sleeping better there's following five tips.

1. Body Warm Up
With the exercise you can heat the body. Because of the exercise your muscles will be relaxed and you will be free from stress. But remember not to exercise at the end of the day. If you want to heat the body through exercise, do not exercise at least 2 hours of sleeping.

2. Relax and Enjoy
Relaxation can make you feel calm and forget your stress for some time. Yoga Meditation is significant in various relaxation processes. These are beneficial like body massage or bathing in hot water. Some time before sleeping, it is also a kind of natural relaxed and quite useful to be immersed in love.

3. Set a time for sleeping
It is very important to go to bed and wake up at a particular time and it's important to keep maintain always. Our body and mind adapt everything as we determine. Sleep disruption occurs if there is frequent and exceptionally time changes happen. So it is advisable to make a fixed time to fall asleep.

4. Move the mind in a different direction
If you feel restless when you go to sleep and start to side aside then you will not be able to sleep. If this is the case then change the room or you can do two things:
• Take a book for some time to concentrate on it.
• You can listen to any favorite songs. When you feel sleepy, go to bed.

5. Choose of Diet
Before going to bed, you should be careful about eating. Wrong food habits make discomfort your stomach, which can be a disturb your sleep. It is better to avoid drinking tea or coffee within 6 hours of dinner. Those foods that are easily digested, should be on the list of dinner.

If you do not sleep well even after following the above mentioned methods or if you feel tired after continue it you may have another problem. In such circumstances, consult a doctor.
