"The Cryptocurrency Coloring Alphabet" project (Slothicorn)
Hey folks I wanted to contribute to the @Slothicorn community and ethos.
@stellabella supported one of my first posts which was a piece of crypto art and invited me to get involved.
I admit it wasn't clear to me the concept and potential of the @Slothicorn community. Now after it has sunk in and hearing @stellabella speak in an interview, I get it, and boy is it beautiful!
A project came to mind.
“The Cryptocurrency Coloring Alphabet”
It
- Educates the layman and youth about cryptocurrency terms
- Paint the concepts through illustrations for a better understanding
- Collaborative by involving the user by coloring in the patterns
- Effective, the coloring in will help cement the ideas into your memory
- Fun
I will make it into a book, pdf that will compile all the need to know terms in the crypto.
I will incorporate our beloved Slothicorn as the character in the illustrations.
It may not be of use to the crypto children of steemit who know about cryptocurrency. Rather I see it as a beneficial way to introduce these concepts to the un-inducted and the crypto enthusiasts of the future.

This is a new project and i haven't fully developed the concept. I will let it develop as we go on.
I hope you guys can share any suggestions or critiques to help polish up this project.

OMG This is a brilliant idea! I was thinking along these lines as well....
So, in order to get others involved at some point, please join our Discord.
We can make a Channel with this project in it, so you can attract others to it.
Slothicorn will be kind of "re-grouping" and forming more into a Crypto Art Incubator, so this means that we will be educating and supporting artists who want to lead their own projects....we're still developing actually, as it's all being driven by demand. So this project of yours fits right in with our mission.

can you post the images in jpeg form for what you have made so far...pdf files are not so image viewing friendly for some people.

Wonderful I'm Gona post template for the letters I think to keep them uniform size and font.
so i need to coloring the font whatever color i want? should i draw a bit or can't?
hey, you can do whatever you like with the image. it was intended to be a coloring book so just color it in if you like. Im looking forward to seeing your results.
okay..so i use the same font as you are? or i have to make my own font represent another crypto currency?
I posted up a template alphabet. i think it looks best if the fonts all the fonts match.

if you pick a term that you understand and try to illustrate that idea. when your finished someone else should be able to color it in and learn the term.

B for bitshares. Sooo weird that you had this idea (obviously 8 months before me) because I just had this idea today. I made this B a few days ago, but looking it at today I thought "this looks like an adult coloring book. This should be a bitshares/crypto coloring book"
