SmartCash Rewards - Monthly Rewards
Overview
SmartRewards are a price stabilization mechanism and a way to encourage the investors to hold the coin in longterm.
Each wallet address holding at least 1000 SmartCash will get paid each 30 days on the 25th and the snapshot for the next month will happen at the same time. The SmartRewards will come out of the 15% block reward allocation.

@jraysteem great way to make this all positive. I am going to follow your steps pretty soon too. I am greatful for the smartcash tips from @hocklej and have my trades on hitbtc for some more to reach 1,000. Crossing my fingers to not miss this good crypto investment. :)

One of the biggest confusions about the SmartRewards program is about adding or taking away SmartCash tokens from the addresses.
You can add SmartCash to the snapshotted address and not lose your chance of getting a reward, but you can't take away from it.
Lets say you have 1000 smartcash in one address, you add 150 to it after the snapshot, so you have 1150, you will still get rewards, but if you take away 50 smart, you will lose your smart rewards, even though you put in 150 after the snapshot, because the 50 you took out is towards the 1000, not the 1150, its confusing but this needs to be elucidated better in the article, me doing so in the comments section is not the right place for it. This was meant to be just a brief explanation.
