OPPO Find X with 93.8% screen-to-body ratio launched

OPPO has finally launched its flagship- OPPO Find X. The smartphone comes with an slider for the front camera and there is 93.8 percent screen-to-body ratio in the OPPO Find X. OPPO claims that slider has been tested over 300,000 times for the durability.

**OPPO Find X Design and Specifications: **

The OPPO Find X has a bezel-less display with a 3.4mm chin. In terms of design OPPO use curved display from the edges like Samsung Galaxy S9 and OPPO calls it Panaromic Arc display which achieves a 93.8-percent screen-to-body ratio. There is hidden front camera which will slide out with the help of slider during uses and OPPO calls it Stealth 3D Camera. There are no fingerprint scanner on the smartphone but OPPO uses a 3D facial scanning method for unlocking and calls it O-Face Recognition and claims that it is 20 times safer than fingerprint scanner.

The OPPO Find X comes in Bordeaux Red and Glacier Blue colour options. OPPO also introduced with the 3D Omoji, inspired from the Apple's Animoji. OPPO introduced with Super VOOC fast charging for the OPPO Find X Lamborghini variant and claims to charge the phone from 0% to 100% in just 35 minutes. The Super VOOC charge has rating of 10V/5A.

The dual-SIM OPPO Find X comes with an 6.42-inch Full-HD+ (1080*2340 pixels) AMOLED display with 19.5:9 aspect ratio and 93.8% of screen-to-body ratio with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 on the front as well as back also. The smartphone is powered with an 2.8GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 SoC, coupled with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of inbuilt storage that can be expandable via microSD card.

The OPPO Find X sports dual-rear camera setup with primary of 16-megapixel sensor with f/2.0 aperture and a secondary of 20-megapixel sensor with f/2.0 aperture. Features like AI Scene recognition and AI portrait mode are integrated. On the front there is an 25-megapixel sensor with f/2.0 aperture for the selfies.
The smartphone packs a 3,730mAh battery with VOOC fast charging. Connectivity includes: 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac, Bluetooth v5.0, USB Type-C port.

Price & Availability:

The OPPO Find X has been priced at EUR 999 (around Rs. 79,300) and will be available in August. China event is scheduled for June 29 and it is expected to be announce on July 12 in India. There's also a OPPO Find X Limited Lamborghini Edition that has an storage of 512GB, Carbon Fibre back and Super VOOC fast charging(Fully Charged in 35 Min.). This Limited version has been priced at EUR 1,699 (around Rs. 134,00).
