A scaled-down replica of a Dutch merchant ship in Rijksmuseum
In the past I visited the Rijksmuseum in Amsterdam and I found it more than worthy - I went there twice and I would like to go again and again. It is huge and it is full of the Dutch history!
From paintings to jewelry, to weapons, statues and miniatures and a giant library and the list simply goes on and on... all 800 years of Dutch history in a single museum.
What you see below, is a replica of a Dutch merchant ship - in a much smaller scale of course. It is amazing and it is just a sample of Rijksmuseum's exhibits.
