Steem will always be the original, however i foresee a flourishing of niche chains becoming the next generation of all kinds of websites and new ways of work/shopping/life/business etc! .... with something like BitShares DEX to trade them all! Need to fix your roof? Head on over to the roofer chain and find out how many WLS, SMOKE, STEEM, or BTS you need to tradeup for 1 ROOFY token ... valid for 1 roof repairer near you!

Will they be mere blogging platforms, or where do you see them evolving?
