IS SMT ACTUALLY COMING ON MARCH 24TH OR ITS JUST ANOTHER HOAX?

i recently read a post about @steem-engine , a smart contract of what the original smt is envision to be, and its already out for fund raisers /project to use. but actually that isn't the main smt many steem users are waiting for especially projects like @appics and @steem-hunt and lots more ,
Thing is, i wish that steem engine was released earlier than now, like Q3 last year, would have actually given hope to many projects that left steemit to other smart contract platforms and lots of projects would have even come over with their project to the steem chain, would have improved the overall ecosystem, don't you think.
The smt was taken forever to roll out, all of us have actually tested the bitter side of the smt deployment like the hardfork20 that actually went wrong, the patches, etc
well if SMT is coming and steem engine is here, I'm really ain't too hopeful of what steemit inc are saying about the smt, but well steem engine is here, so anyone could start using it until if ever the original smt features finally shows up if it ever does though.

is steemit inc. ready for this feature to be added?
Will March 24th be the date it will be deployed?
hope we don't get fucked again like the hardfork20?
will it be prolonged again after March 24th like they always do?
