Some fun yesterday
Since I was not able to go to ski at ski49n.com yesterday for my bday I decided I would step into a chintzy little plastic snowboard and drop my front yard. It is only about a 150ft long and about 15 feet elevation drop but it was better than nothing. We had gotten about 3 inches of snow Sunday night so the yard was nicely coated in snow. While the boys sledded and romped in the snow I made 15 runs down my little hill. At the bottom there is even a small jump that I was able to get some air off of.
Today is going to be killer for dropping the property since we got over 6 inches of fresh powder last night. Today will make for some seriously fun snowboarding on the farm.
