Of course, he is speculating as he would have no means I am aware of to have direct knowledge on the exact methods used. I assume he is still in exile in Russia, and having been out of the loop since 2013 there is probably much more sophisticated technology being used.
Well that tech is known, and that the Saudis use it. The unknown we just don't know do we ;)
