Solar Power is promoted and lionized by the eco-luddite left as a direct replacement for fossil fuels.

This argument has been falsified in a direct and very convincing way in the State of Nevada.

Through a combination of eco-fanatical government policy and being located in a desert, Nevada has had the misfortune becoming the "poster child" for Solar Power utilization.

This confluence of facts has led to Nevada to having the most expensive AND the most unreliable power grid in the country.

Nevada's fate illustrates what happens when the post-modernist eco-religion called "ecology" is used to dictate public policy.
