Curiosity has found traces of ancient organic chemistry on Mars
All history of studying of potential life on Mars came down to step-by-step refusal of probability of such phenomenon. At first the planet was recognized as "dead" in a broad sense, but suitable for dwelling of mosses and lichens. After the missions of Mariner and Viking have refused to the Red planet existence in general of all life forms and biological activity, per se. Curiosity have charged to find only traces of former, ancient life, but the mars rover has dug out one more riddle.
