Liftoff of NASA's Parker Solar Probe
NASA launched Parker Solar Probe to observe the Sun from nearest position. It is a great mission for NASA. The Probe set out from Cape Canaveral on Sunday, 12th August. It was 3:31 a.m. Eastern time when the Probe set out to the Sun. When the Probe, a car-sized spacecraft, will enter into the Sun’s atmosphere, it will experience heavy radiation and heat. However the Probe will remain unaffected. It is the first spacecraft that NASA sent to observe the Sun or star. Prior to that they have sent aircraft to observe planets and moon from nearest position.
