Musk is currently the CEO of Tesla, SpaceX, The Boring Company and Neuralink. All four of his companies are very ambitious and are on the verge of changing important areas of their lives. Of course, as stated by Musk, his companies do not work 40 hours a week.
When a Twitter user asks how many hours a week it takes to change the world, Musk says that it can range from 80 to over 100 hours.

"Depending on the person, but maintained at 80 and sometimes over 100. The level of pain, fatigue grows exponentially at 80 hours or more," Musk said. He also added that when you love what you do, you will not feel the pressure, the fatigue.

Tesla, SpaceX and The Boring Company have not commented on what Elon Musk has just announced.

In an earlier interview, Musk revealed that he had worked 120 hours a week during this time while Tesla employees worked 100 hours a week to ensure the production of Model 3 cars yielded committed. He suggested that in order for Tesla to survive, he and his employees were forced to work overtime.

"There is no other solution to this problem," he said.

Tesla employees also complain about having to work overtime. Some people say they have to work extra hours, while others say they like to work 70 hours a week.
