Referral rewards will also pay out once mining stops. If it does stop.
The emulator will stop yes. But doesn’t mean mining has to stop
There is no mention of a trust account in the white paper for pre minted pi.
Both stellar and ripple have coins in trust.
If pi follows that path then the currency is centralized and core would have control of the currency
