Torta de Pan
INGREDIENTES:
2 panes de trigo.
1 pote de leche condensada.
2 taza de leche.
½ taza de harina de trigo.
1 huevo.
1 cucharada de esencia de vainilla.
1 taza de azúcar.
½ taza de azúcar para el caramelo.
¼ taza de agua para el caramelo.
PREPARACIÓN:
Remoje el pan con la leche suficiente aproximadamente 2 horas. En un molde de 1kg agregue ½ taza de azúcar y ¼ taza de agua, se coloca al fuego hasta derretir el caramelo.
En una taza grande agregar los panes ya disueltos en leche, 1 cucharada de esencia de vainilla, 1 huevo, 1 taza de azúcar, 1 pote de leche condensada y se procede a mezclar los ingredientes ya listo se agrega ½ taza de harina de trigo para compactar la mezcla, se vierte la mezcla en el molde ya acaramelado y se lleva al horno a 350º por 45 minutos.
