Fried Pumpkin seeds recipe: an easy and delicious snack!

Hello steemians! During these days I tried a simple, very good recipe to kill anxiety and I want to share it with you.

I have done some research about pumpkin seeds and it is really amazing to know how many health benefits they have:

*They help to reduce bad cholesterol.
*They fight intestinal parasites.
*They promote the production of sleep hormones (this also helps to solve anxiety problems)
*They serve as a natural antidepressant.
*They are good for the prostate and urinary system.

Procedure:

1- Split the seeds from the pulp.
2- Boil for 15 minutes. Once that time has passed, remove them and let them drain for a while.
3- Fry with olive oil (you can use any other type of oil) and salt until golden and crispy.
4- Place them on absorbent paper to remove the oil
5- Ready! Let's eat :D

You can also added some pepper ;)
