Lo único necesario para la felicidad no viene de afuera. Se trata de aprender a soltar la resistencia en el presente. Incluso aprender a sostener con calma la incomodidad de la insatisfacción actual.
La sensación de libertad viene del desarrollo de capacidad de olvidar el pasado y también el futuro. Se difruta de la libertad cuando se aprende a convivir con la ansiedad de la incertidumbre.
La mente crea el abismo, el corazón lo cruza.
