Hola a todos en especial a la comunidad Gems espero se estén cuidando en este tiempo de cuarentena, en donde debemos estar mas unidos que nunca, que juntos y con nuestra familia saldremos adelante, venceremos al Covid-19, tomando nuestra medidas preventivas que son tan básicas pero muy pocos quien la lleva a la practica. En esta oportunidad quiero hablarles de cuando fui a realizar mis compras de alimentos.

I hope you are taking care of yourselves in this time of quarantine, where we must be more united than ever, that together and with our family we will move forward, we will overcome Covid-19, taking our preventive measures that are basic but very few who put it into practice. This time I want to tell you about when I went to do my food shopping.

Ante de salir tome mi medidas preventivas, me coloque una camisa manga larga, mi tapaboca una gorra para cubrir mi cabello, no utilizo guantes porque en mi zona no se consigue. Sali bien temprano de mi casa, por motivos que el horario de los comercios es de 7 a 12 del mediodía ordenes del gobierno nacional para que las personas en horas del mediodía estén en su casas, a parte de que se hace largas colas, no hay un comercio donde se puedas adquirir todos los productos en un solo lugar, mi pueblo tiene pequeños comercios en donde cada uno esta aparte la hortaliza, fruta, panadería, carnicería y ventas de alimentos.

Mas la situación que viven Venezuela en la escases de alimentos, de agua, luz, el Covid-19 y hasta la gasolina ha afectado demasiado la economía del país, haciendo que los precios cada dia se dispare y el ingreso de venezolano solo sirva para comprar 1 o 2 productos de alimentos. Este escenario hace que personas como yo busquemos donde se puede encontrar los productos mas económicos para que el dinero rinda pueda comprar otras cosas que necesito, que mis ingresos lo tengo de la realizaciones de post (con este medio es que me ayudo). El pueblo donde vivo es pequeño pero los comercios se llena de grandes colas haciendo que ni se cumplas con las medidas preventivas de un metro de separación, yo lo que hago es marcar la cola estar a un lado a una distancia para cuidarme de no contagiarme.

Por mi zona hasta los momentos solo existe sospechas, no hay ningún caso confirmado, deseo que salga negativos la pruebas, pero de igual forma tomo mis medidas preventivas. Al comprar todos los alimentos que necesitamos me lleva hasta mas de 4 horas por las altas colas y la lentitud del pago, en Venezuela el papel moneda es de gran escases, esto como que ha contribuido que la pandemia no se expanda de manera rapida, el papel moneda es una fuente de vía rápida de contraer enfermedades, aquí en Venezuela se realiza los pagos de forma virtual.

Cuando culmino mis compra me voy a casa, las medidas preventivas que utilizamos en casa para entrar, es quitarnos los zapatos en la entrada, entrar por el portón que lleva hasta el patio trasero de la casa, en donde esta el lavadero para lavar los productos que adquirir utilizando jabon y vinagre, luego se pone a secar. Me quito la ropa me doy mi baño, sin entrar a la casa, donde siempre ante de salir dejo paño y mi ropa que me pondré.

When I finish my purchases I go home, the preventive measures we use at home to enter, is to take off our shoes at the entrance, enter through the gate that leads to the backyard of the house, where is the laundry room to wash products to be purchased using soap and vinegar, then dried. I take off my clothes, I take my bathroom, without entering the house, where I always leave a cloth and my clothes before I leave.
