Receta Tagliatelle a la Dauphinoise
Una receta de tagliatelle con productos regionales, Saint-Marcellin, nueces y jamón crudo.
- tagliatelle fresco
- 2 lonchas de jamón
- 1 Saint-Marcellin
- 6 granos de nuez (preferiblemente nueces)
- 1 tomate
- 1 cebolla roja
- sal y pimienta
Cortar el jamón en tiras, picar el queso, la cebolla y el tomate.
Triturar en trozos grandes los granos de nuez.
Dorar las cebollas en aceite de oliva, agregar los tomates y dejar cocinar.
Al mismo tiempo, ponga los tagliatelle (pasta) para cocinar en un gran volumen de agua hirviendo con sal, respetando las recomendaciones del paquete.
Retirar del fuego y agregar el jamón crudo y dejar que se caliente, cambia ligeramente de color.
Agregue 3/4 del corte de Saint-Marcellin en rodajas.
Después de agregar los tagliatelle, vuelva a calentar y dore por un minuto o dos.
Agrega las nueces picadas.
Sirva caliente y decore con unas rodajas de queso y jamón que haya reservado de antemano. ¡A disfrutar!
