TORTA DE MORA
Que tal mi gente de Steemit, deseando el mayor de los éxitos y mil bendiciones.
Rico y delicioso postre que puedes utilizar para compartir en familia y porque no el cantar cumpleaños a un ser querido. Cualquier uso le puedas dar a este delicioso postre, sé que les encantara.

| 1 kg | Mora picada |
|---|---|
| 1 kg | Harina de trigo |
| 1 kg | Azúcar |
| 1/2 kg | Mantequilla |
| 6 | Huevos |
| 1 litro | Leche o jugo de Mora |
Su preparación es muy sencilla, en una taza grande agregamos la azúcar y la mantequilla, revolvemos hasta conseguir una contextura cremosa.

En una taza mediana se agregan los huevos y se baten constantemente hasta lograr una forma esponjosa, luego se vierten con la mezcla de mantequilla y azúcar, a continuamente poco a poco se echa la harina, la leche o el jugo de mora, se bate para mezclar bien, luego agregamos unos trozos de mora y seguimos removiendo constantemente para que todo se concentre bien.

Seguidamente preparamos el molde de la siguiente manera:
Untamos la orilla del molde con mantequilla y harina de trigo, en el fondo colocamos las moras y se riega una capa gruesa de azúcar sobre ellas.

FINALMENTE ECHAMOS LA MEZCLA EN EL MOLDE Y SE LLEVA AL HORNO DE 45 A 60 MINUTOS A 250°C.
