Hola Steemians ! Bienvenidos a mi Blog, ¡Un espacio lleno de información y motivación! Mi objetivo es que aprendan muchísimo, tengas todas las herramientas para tomar mejores decisiones y alcancen sus metas. La salud es muy importante y el fitness es un estilo de vida que puede adaptarse a ti y te ayudará a mejorar tu autoestima, salud mental y física. Es un tema que me apasiona y sé que puede cambiar sus vidas, los ayudará a ser una mejor versión de ustedes mismos, por dentro y por fuera. Mi nombre es Julissa inicié como profesora de Baile, Aeróbicos y Fitness de Combate posteriormente me llamó la atención la atención las Pesas y Musculación. Soy profesora amiga y madre vivo y promuevo el fitness de una forma divertida y con equilibrio.
