La semana pasada publique la primera parte de estas increíbles fotos y vengo a mostrarles la segunda parte de mi trabajo en conjunto con mi compañera en el amor @ambarjuliette.
El jiujitsu prácticamente salvo mi vida, me dio la posibilidad de entrenar mi cuerpo y mente, el jiujitsu significa arte suave, no se necesita del uso de la fuerza para realizar una sumisión, solo hace falta técnica y constancia.
Tengo casi un año practicando, soy cinta blanca, un principiante en este mundo tan interesante donde la amistad y el respeto son fundamentales

The jiujitsu practically saved my life, gave me the possibility to train my body and mind, jiujitsu means soft art, it does not take the use of force to make a submission, just need technique and perseverance.
I have practiced for almost a year, I am a white band, a beginner in this interesting world where friendship and respect are fundamental

Todos los días nos embarcamos en 2 horas de entrenamiento finalizando con luchas continuas de 1 hora, mas de ser una academia son parte de mi familia e aprehendido a respirar para salir de las posiciones mas difíciles mas cuando tienes a alguien que te dobla en peso y aun así las peleas son increíbles.
esta constancia me a dado la fuerza para mentarme en pie en las situación tan difícil que se vive en mi país, siempre existe una salida para los peores escenarios posibles, creo firmemente que el esfuerzo, la paciencia, la constancia y la amistad son fundamentales para sobrepasar cualquier circunstancia en las que nos encontremos en el día a día.
Every day we embark on 2 hours of training ending with a continuous openmat of about 1 hour, more than being an academy are part of my family I have been able to apprehend to breathe to get out of the most difficult positions but when you have someone who bends you in weight and still the fights are incredible.
This perseverance gave me the strength to stand up in the difficult situation that exists in my country, there is always a way out for the worst possible scenarios, I firmly believe that effort, patience, perseverance and friendship are fundamental for surpass any circumstance in which we find ourselves on a day-to-day basis.
