Saludos para todos los que me leen el día de hoy, este es un post que no tenía planificado pero motivado a la situación no pude quedarme callado al respecto, pues, si todo sale bien, se logrará conseguir un apoyo hermoso que utilizaré con la mayor responsabilidad posible (como toda la que me precede en mis 9 meses como Steemian).

Ok, pero ¿quién eres tú y por qué mereces esa delegación?

Me llamo Guillermo Hernández, tengo 24 años, y soy un artista multifacético, escritor, melómano y programador venezolano, altruista y bohemio.

Tengo 9 meses en Steemit y desde que llegué no he hecho más que luchar porque la plataforma sea un lugar más justo para muchos hispanos infravalorados y además no descuidar a mi público pues siempre intento llenar todo mi blog con buenos performances musicales y buenas publicaciones de calidad.

Mi compromiso con otros usuarios

Mi trabajo con la comunidad comenzó desde muy temprano en mi vida como steemian, realizando unas reseñas para mostrar el talento hispano infravalorado de calidad en el concurso Steemit Open Mic. Decidí realizar esta reseña para otorgar algo de visibilidad a varios talentos que yo revisaba manualmente cada semana que tuviera mucha calidad y no tuviera los votos o recompensa que merecían. Apoyo en comunidades

Llegué a ser co-creador de una comunidad que tenía una visión bastante hermosa para ayudar a los talentos venezolanos particularmente hace unos 6 meses más o menos llamado @venebohemians, el cual por factores externos y fuera de mi poder tuve que abandonar.

Luego conocí la comunidad de @engranaje y muchísimas comunidades hispanas las cuales llevaba conmigo en todos mis post como una firma para que las personas pudieran encontrar dichos proyectos y hacer vida por allá para recibir apoyo.

En @engranaje, @mosqueteros y @venebohemians tuve un programa llamado "Engranaje Live" y "El Sonido de Ilazra" respectivamente en los que enseñaba a las personas que estaban ahí los mejores tips para hacer vida como músico dentro de la plataforma, los guiaba sobre los mejores concursos e iniciativas y demás.

Mi propio proyecto de apoyo

Decidí incursionar en el mundo de los líderes de comunidades no por el hecho de ser un líder como tal, sino por un problema que estaba complicando e hiriendo bastante la plataforma como lo es el contenido basura. Decidí dar un paso al frente y enseñar a los steemians (tanto nuevos como experimentados) a realizar las mejores prácticas al respecto sobre la creación de contenido de calidad para que la plataforma se valorice muchísimo.

Así creé el proyecto @swimproject el cual va surgiendo poco a poco, cada vez captando más personas dentro de la comunidad y haciendo que muchos de nuestros talentos (llamados swimmers) mejoren su contenido.

Mi vocación con la curación de contenido

En mis 9 meses como steemian, he investigado un montón sobre el mundo de la curación y me ha fascinado muchísimo no solo a nivel de recompensa monetaria, sino también el aporte de apoyo que puedes tener al momento de recibir un voto o un comentario en tu publicación.

Comencé en el trabajo de curación con @engranaje en sus Lluvias de votos pues ahí veía un poco el criterio que utilizaban para votar publicaciones. Unos meses más tarde conocí el mundo que cambió mi vida y percepción de la plataforma:

El Proyecto @curie

Conocí el proyecto @curie entrando en la comunidad @c-squared en Discord cuando fue recién abierta, ahí conocí el mundo de la curación con un poco más de profesionalismo. Ahí entendí que de la curación se podía vivir y que el trabajo de @curie era un trabajo que definitivamente yo quería hacer: recompensar talento infravalorado y consistente en la plataforma.

Así decidí unirme a las mentorías de curación y me volví Curador Prospecto de @curie, de la mano de grandes mentores como @llfarms y @randomwanderings aprendí a tener un criterio increíblemente bueno para seleccionar publicaciones en la plataforma para ser recompensada correctamente y de la manera más transparente.

Mi aporte en la curación del talento hispano

Proyecto @la-colmena

Luego de hacer vida en la comunidad de @c-squared se creó un proyecto derivado de @curie para curar contenido en español (porque curie solo vota contenido en Inglés o bilingüe basado en el inglés) llamado @la-colmena en el cual soy moderador y uno de los curadores y reviewers que analizan los post que son votados diariamente (12 post en total, de talentos infravalorados y con calidad muy alta).

Mi trabajo ahí no es solo el chequear la calidad de los post, sino también verificar que el autor no cometa malas prácticas tales como plagio, spam y demás. Siempre cuido cada detalle para que las personas tengan éxito de la manera más transparente y generalmente dejo un comentario de apoyo también para incentivar y motivar a las personas a mantener su labor.

Proyecto @elarca

También soy curador del proyecto @elarca, un proyecto dedicado a la difusión y apoyo de los talentos hispanos, tanto dentro como fuera de la plataforma. En esta caso la comunidad tiene su propia cuenta curadora llamada @stellae con la que le repartimos un poco de cariño a las publicaciones que estén dentro del servidor de la comunidad.

¿En qué usarás la delegación?

Como dice en el post de @tarekadam ---> Delegate 10.000 STEEM POWER to Venezuelan curator for two weeks. voy a curar contenido venezolano de calidad pues como todos sabemos un voto de más de 1$ es de muchísima ayuda para cualquier venezolano.

Mi compromiso

• Todo post de autores venezolanos que lo merezca lo votaré manualmente con esos 10.000 SP, mi meta será votar 16 post por día, en los cuales votaré 15 post de otras personas y 1 post de mi proyecto @swimproject para poder hacerlo crecer y así poder seguir ayudando a más personas luego de que pasen las 2 semanas de esta delegación. Esto lo haré en 3 bloques, mañana, tarde y noche, para mantener el SP estable y poder recompensar con todo el peso disponible a dichas publicaciones.

_{Cuando hablo de "merecer" implica que cumplirá con parámetros de transparencia como: calidad, buenas prácticas y consistencia (no determinante). Además, le daré prioridad a los post que estén infravalorados y buscaré la manera de hacer una lista con todos los post que estaré votando durante esas dos semanas para dejar claro de manera transparente que el SP fue usado correcta y responsablemente.}

• NO usaré ningún voto para autovotarme ya que verdaderamente aunque necesitara esos votos prefiero usar ese poder en ayudar a los demás (como lo he venido haciendo hasta el día de hoy) porque la vida te retorna lo que tú das a los demás y para mi no hay mejor ni mayor satisfacción que aportar algo a la vida de las demás personas, sobretodo si estas personas están luchando muy fuerte por ello.

Ok, but... who are you and why you deserve that delegation?

My name is Guillermo Hernández, I'm 24 years old, and I'm a multi-talented artist, writer, music lover and programmer from Caracas, Venezuela, altruistic and bohemian.

I've been in Steemit for 9 months and since I arrived I haven't done more than fight because the platform is a fairer place for many undervalued Hispanics and I also don't neglect my audience because I always try to fill my blog with good musical performances and exceptional quality content post.

My commitment to other users

My work with the community started very early in my life as steemian, making some reviews to show the underrated Hispanic talent in the Steemit Open Mic contest. I decided to make this review to give some visibility to several talents that I reviewed manually every week that had a lot of quality and didn't have the votes or reward they deserved. Support in communities

I became co-creator of a community that had a pretty beautiful vision to help the Venezuelan talents particularly about 6 months ago called @venebohemians, which due to external factors and out of my power I had to abandon.

Then I met the @engranaje community and many Hispanic communities which I carried with me in all my posts as a signature so that people could find such projects and make life there to receive support.

In @engranaje, @mosqueteros and @venebohemians I had a program called "Engranaje Live" and "El Sonido de Ilazra" respectively in which I taught the people who were there the best tips to make life as a musician within the platform, guided them about the best contests and initiatives and so on.

My own support project

I decided to be part into the world of community leaders not because of being a leader as well, but because of a problem that was complicating and hurting the platform a lot like it's the bad content. I decided to take a step forward and teach the steemians (both new and experienced) to do the best practices on the creation of quality content so that the platform is highly valued.

This is how I created the @swimproject project, which is gradually emerging, each time capturing more people within the community and making many of our talents (called swimmers) improve their content.

My vocation with content curation

In my 9 months as a steemian, I've researched a lot about the curation world on steemit and it has fascinated me a lot not only in terms of monetary reward, but also the support you can have when receiving a vote or a comment in your post.

I started in the curation world with @engranaje in their votes rains because in there I saw a little closer the criteria used to vote post within the platform. A few months later I got to know the world that changed my life and perception of the platform:

@curie Project

I met the @curie project entering the @c-squared community in Discord when it was recently opened, there I got to know the world of content curation with a little more professionalism. There I understood that you can live by curating within steemit and not only by creating quality content and that the work of @curie was a job that I definitely wanted to do: reward underrated and consistent talent on the platform.

So I decided to join curation mentorships and became Curator Prospective of @curie, with the help of great mentors like @llfarms and @randomwanderings I learned to have an incredibly good criterion to select publications on the platform for be rewarded correctly and in the most transparent way.

My contribution to the curation of Hispanic talent

@la-colmena Project

After living in the @c-squared community, a project derived from @curie was created to curate content in a manual way in Spanish (because curie only votes content in English or bilingual based on English) called @la-colmena in which I'm moderator and one of the curators and reviewers that analyze the posts that are voted on a daily basis (12 undervalued talents with very high quality post in total).

My job there's not only to check the quality of the posts, but also to verify that the author doesn't commit bad practices such as plagiarism, spam and others. I always take care of every detail so that people succeed in the most transparent way and I usually leave a comment of support also to encourage and motivate people to maintain their work.

@elarca Project (The Ark)

I'm also curator of the @elarca project, a project dedicated to the dissemination and support of Hispanic talent, both inside and outside the platform. In this case the community has its own curating account called @stellae with which we share a little love to the publications that are inside the community server.

How will you use the delegation?

As it says in the post of @tarekadam ---> Delegate 10.000 STEEM POWER to Venezuelan curator for two weeks. I'm going to curate Venezuelan content with great quality because as we all know a vote of more than $ 1 is a lot of help for any Venezuelan.

My compromise

• Any post by Venezuelan authors who deserve it will be manually voted by me with those 10,000 SP, my goal will be to vote 16 post per day, in which I'll vote 15 post from other people and 1 post from my project @swimproject to be able to make it grow and to be able to continue helping more people after the 2 weeks of this delegation have passed. This I'll do in 3 blocks, morning, afternoon and night, to keep the SP stable and be able to reward with all the available weight to these publications on a daily basis.

_{When I'm talking about "deserve" implies that it will comply with transparency parameters such as: great quality, good practices and consistency (not determinant) . In addition, I'll give priority to post that are undervalued and I'll find a way to make a list with all the post that I'll be voting during those two weeks to make clear in a transparent way that the SP was used correctly and responsibly.}

• I will NOT use any vote to self-vote because, even if I needed those votes, I prefer to use that power in helping others (as I've done to this day) because life gives you back what you give to others and for me there's no better or greater satisfaction than to contribute something to the lives of other people, especially if these people are fighting very hard for it.
