Manjar de piña
Delicioso manjar de piña.
Ingredientes:
2 piñas grande.
2 taza de azúcar.
¾ taza de maicina.
Preparación :
Pelas las dos piñas y licuar para obtener 6 taza de jugo de piña .
En una olla a fuego medio agregar 5 taza de jugo de piña y las dos taza de azúcar revolver hasta que se disuelva totalmente la azúcar.
Luego en la taza de jugo que nos quede agregarle la maicina y diluirla después esta mezcla añadirla a la que tenemos en la olla y batir hasta que hierva y espese .
Ya haber hervido baja de la cocina y vaciarla en un molde o en pequeños vasos con ustedes prefiera dejarla cuajar a temperatura ambiente después introducirla a la nevera por una hora cuando se encuentre fría puedes comer la una receta fácil de hacer para una rica merienda.
