LA CARRERA DE LA CARRETILLA (JUEGO TRADICIONAL)
Hola amigos de steemit otro maravilloso juego para compartir en familia.
Este juego de la carrera de la carretilla, como único material su propio cuerpo. Consisten en cogerse en parejas ; aquí participan varias parejas y corren con las manos apoyadas al suelo y la pareja le sujeta por los tobillos y va llevándolo hasta llegar a una distancia de unos treinta metros y regresa alternando los papeles y gana el que pasa la meta.
Para este juego debe tener fuerza en los brazos, por tal razón realizará antes del juego ejercicios de calentamiento en sus manos y brazos , para eso debe hacer flexiones y otros ejercicios más. Luego de eso a divertirse. Porque para eso se hizo la vida divertirse o hacer ejercicio, estudiar o trabajar, alimentarse bien, tomar mucha agua y sobre todo amar la vida, amarte a tí mismo y estarás en capacidad de amar a otros.
