INTRODUCTION.

Today, the digital advertising market has been growing rapidly for the last 4 years; it is believed to be over €5 billion in size. This is a real success for the advertising market. One of the most promising segments of digital advertising is programmatic advertising, which shows an average annual growth rate of over 23%, compared to a 4% growth rate in the non-programmatic sector. According to Magna Global forecasts, the size of the advertising software market will reach $42 billion by 2020.

Despite this positive dynamic, the digital advertising market has an infinite number of problems, including low efficiency in target selection, non-transparent relationships between partners and a high level of fraud.
This has created the inconvenience between the parties involved, advertisers pay more for each client, publishers perceive less profit and advertising users are dissatisfied with its quality.

THE MARKET

Programmatic advertising is about buying advertising in real time on the basis of an auction. The software concept is definitely broader and includes limited and direct auctions.

In general, programmatic advertising is a set of methods for buying ads on the Internet using automated systems and algorithms to make decisions about a transaction without human participation based on sociodemographic data and user behavior available to both the platform and the advertiser.

The operation of the platform starts when the user visits a web page, that user receives ads. Secondly, while the website is loading, the system examines the audience composition of the website correlates this data with the customer targeting and selects the appropriate advertising format. After that, an auction is held between advertisers whose target audience corresponds to this particular website visitor and who wishes to display their advertising. During the auction, the highest bid and the winners of the auction are selected. The winner's advertising is uploaded to the website and displayed to the user.

Processing the Big Data and holding an auction takes between 100 and 200 milliseconds. All the work is done by algorithms, one person only controls the results obtained.

According to Magna Global, the size of the global advertising market was $465 billion in 2015, $500 billion in 2016 and $500 billion in 2017.

THE UBEX PLATFORM

The Ubex platform will provide extensive opportunities not only for publishers and advertisers, but also for companies that need regression analysis of user data. The neural core of the system, which is responsible for decision-making at all stages of the advertising material lifecycle, will have an API, which is accessible to partner companies.

The chain of behavioral decision blocking allows the user's data to be evaluated and a decision made about the perceived interests of the user. This regression estimate can be used not only to display advertising materials, but also for other purposes. The API will give you the opportunity to retrieve a list of expected categories with an estimate for each one based on a query with user data.

In this sense, the platform will offer the possibility of completing statistical data to the actions of site users, which can be used as a training sample for the core system. The owners of the sites that provided the data will receive a benefit commensurate with the contribution of the data provided to the formation of the core system. These are similar to those of mining, when users are rewarded for labour-intensive work (providing statistical data for the formation of a training sample).

THE UBEX PORTFOLIO

The payment unit on the UBEX platform is the UBEX token. Their need is based on crediting funds from advertisers' accounts for the display of advertising materials. Basic cryptocurrencies do not allow the crediting of funds from third party accounts even if one has permission from the third party. The Token allows you to set quotas (allowances) for a specific address within which the owner of the address can use the funds available in the account.

In addition, as mentioned in the previous section, the Ubex platform will allow website owners, who are providing statistical data for the formation of the core system, to receive UBEX tokens as a reward for their actions (similar to mining). 5% of the revenue from all Ubex transactions will be distributed to the data providers. Due to the existence of estimation techniques in the Tokens, these Tokens allow the execution of intelligent contracts, which allows the writing of such actions.

MINING (UDM).

The Ubex platform will allow Tokens to enter and exit the system for a wide range of cryptographic and fiduciary currency applications.
