4 yemas
LA MASA: 2 cucharaditas Baking Powder 6 leche. Se prepara la masa con estos ingredientes. Se le da forrna de una cesta y se cuece al horno.
RELLENO : 3 cucharadas azúcar agua fresas. 3 claras Con el azúcar se hace un almíbar. Se baten las claras muy firmes y se les hecha el almíbar para hacer un merengue- Estando el merengue aun caliente se le incorporan las fresas. Se llena con esto la cesta y se le espolvorea un poco de azúcar flor. Se pone un momento al horno.
