Postre de Durazno
1 Lata de duraznos grande. (Esp.: Melocotones) 1 Queso grande philadelfia. 1 Gelatina grande de sabor durazno. (Esp.: Melocotones) 1 Lata de crema de leche chica. (Esp.: Nata) 1 Lata de leche condensada. 2 Tazas de agua. Azúcar u utilizar el almíbar del durazno en ves del agua.
La gelatina se disuelve en el agua hirviendo y se deja enfriar ligeramente; se licua el queso con la leche y la crema y luego se mezcla con la gelatina; se vacía en un molde y se adorna con el durazno y se sirve bien frío.
