A la dulce espera!
Hoy le comparto imágenes de la cosecha de mango tino se le llama así porque tiene forma largada y tiene mucha hilachas pero igual es divino. En el patio de la casa de mi mama hay varias mata de esta fruta tan rica; mientras se maduran escogemos algunos para preparar rico jugo como este que le voy a mostrar. Se prepara cocinando la pulpa por unos minutos luego que se enfrié se bate en la licuadora y se pasa por un colador; se le agrega azúcar al gusto.
