Pesto dulce
Ingredientes
- 20 gr. de hojas de albahaca
- 60 gr. de azúcar
- 50 gr. de almendras
- 30 gr. de queso parmesano
- 5 gr. de sal
- 1/4 de diente de ajo
- 150 gr. de aceite de oliva
Preparacion
En un mortero se machaca la albahaca con sal, el azúcar y el ajo.
Después se agregan las almendras y el queso parmesano y se sigue majando hasta que se forme una pasta. Entonces se va añadiendo poco a poco el aceite para ligarlo bien.
