¿A quien no le gusta esta pasta? PASTA CARBONARA ¿Aun no la sabes hacer? No te preocupes aquí te enseño.
Hola familia de steemit, hoy les traigo esta divinura de receta, la famosa PASTA CARBONARA, a parte de ser facil no lleva muchos ingredientes, aqui te mostrare paso a paso.
INGREDIENTES
- Tocineta
- 1 cebolla
- Espaguetis
- Crema de leche
- Perejil
- Queso parmesano
- Sal y pimienta
PREPARACION
Picamos nuestras cebollas en trozos pequeños y la colocamos en un sartén con aceite esperamos que se dure. tal cual se ve en la imagen
Luego en otro sartén colocamos las tocinetas picadas pequeñas y esperamos q se doren un poco
Mientras vamos cocinando nuestros espaguetis
Luego añadimos las tocinetas con las cebollas cocinamos 2 minutos a fuego lento
Añadimos la crema de leche con el queso parmesano y removemos poco a poco a fuego lento y por ultimo se le añade el perejil
Y listo para servir, lo colocamos en un recipiente lo mezclamos y listo.
