Seguimos ofreciendoles ejercicios de baloncesto para volver a lo basico y enseñar a nuestros niños desde las diferentes escuelas y fundaciones en la que trabajemos, en esta parte continuaremos con los ejercicios 94, 95 y 96 que lo disfruten:
BOTE O DRIBLING
EJERCICIO 94
Dos filas, salir con bote para hacer eslalon entre los conos, entrada a canasta y rebote para salir con bote hacia los conos con cambios de mano. Finalizar con una entrada en el otro campo.
EJERCICIO 95
Dos equipos (A,B), equipo “A” manda en el juego. Trabajo de pase, cuando el jugador exterior del equipo “A” lo decida sale con bote para anotar en una de las dos canastas, el jugador exterior del equipo “B” tiene que reaccionar e intentar anotar antes, si lo logra su equipo manda en el juego.
EJERCICIO 96
Dos filas, tiro de 45º y rebote para salir con bote hacia la otra canasta pasando entre los conos. Cuando botan entre los conos se pueden robar el balón si uno de los dos no utiliza la mano correcta de bote, por ejemplo el jugador del lado izquierdo bota hacia canasta con la mano derecha.
¡Es importante colocar a los alumnos tal cual como se expresa en las imagenes y figuras!
