La perfección de lo simple: Ceviche Tropical de durazno. Fácil, rápido y sano!

El fin de semana fue el cumpleaños de un gran amigo, fanático a morir de este famoso plato peruano. Quisimos darle un giro al clásico Ceviche Peruano, con el perdón de Javier Wong le agregamos más de 5 ingredientes, eso si, manteniendo su secreto.
El secreto de Javier Wong
Llamado por muchos "El padrino del Ceviche", Javier comenta que para hacer un buen ceviche solo se necesitan 5 cosas.
- El pescado más fresco que puedas conseguir (Javier solo utiliza Lenguado)
- limón
- Cebolla morada
- Sal y pimienta
- Un montón de amor para combinar todo
La receta
Esta seria la receta pero la verdad no es necesario seguir al pie de la letra las cantidades de los ingredientes, si algo les gusta más le agregan un poco más y listo. No hay mal ceviche, así que no teman probar sus inventos
- 1 y 1/2 durazno grandes sin piel y en cubos medianos
- 1/2 cebolla morada cortado en juliana (lo más fino que puedas)
- Jugo de 5 limones
- Cilantro al gusto
- Sal y pimienta al gusto
- 150 g de Pescado blanco fresco en cubos
Mezclamos el jugo de limón y el pescado en un tazón grande y lo dejamos reposar por 20 minutos, esto hace que el pescado se "cocine". Agregamos los demás ingredientes y un poco de sal y pimienta. Servir inmediatamente
Protip: Para reducir la acidez del limón se puede agregar unos cubitos de hielo
