Hace unos días deje por aquí una Presentación 5 Estrellas
. En esta oportunidad verán una presentación distinta, Utilizando una composición oblicua y rítmica, abstracta conocida comúnmente.
Los emplatados deben ser elegantes, colorido y que inviten al comensal a querer probar la preparación.
Contrario a lo que mucha gente dice "Ay eso es muy poquito" cuando se hace una preparación minimalista se busca tener solo la cantidad necesarias de elementos, lograr ese equilibrio lleva varios intentos y muchísima practica. Un plato minimalista no busca "dejar lleno" al comensal, es una degustación, que la calidad de lo que estas probando sea tal que pienses "Es lo mas sabroso que he comido en mi vida". No hay receta no hay descripción, sí desean saber deja un comentario :)
